These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales made through the website "householdsupplies" (the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Prices

In the event of payment failure or chargeback without valid reason, householdsupplies reserves the right to suspend or cancel future orders.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
householdsupplies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
The Customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us promptly of any visible damage.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify householdsupplies in writing before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
8. Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under consumer protection laws, including guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects where applicable.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
